This Friday's core workout is off--many people are out.
But! Sunday Dec. 18th we will ride at China Camp. If you are in town, let's meet at 8:30 AM Sunday morning at ECHS.
Also, if you are town, there will be a Wednesday local ride. Meet at EC Community Center at 2PM.
If you are out of town over the break, ride if you can, or run--get exercise.
